Do you book flights and hotels for me?
Nope—I make recommendations, but you’ll book using the links I provide. This way, you stay in control of your budget and preferences.
What destinations do you specialize in?
Europe is my sweet spot: Albania, England, Spain, Italy, and hidden small towns across the continent. But I’ve spent time in 29 countries on 4 continents and 36 U.S. states. I’ll let you know if your destination is not a good fit and try to find someone to help you if I can’t.
How far in advance should I start planning my trip?
Ideally you should start 4-6 months before an international trip, and 2-4 for a domestic trip. This way I’ll have lots of options to create the best experience for you. But I get it, sometimes it’s fun to do a last-minute trip. Check out my cost to expedite planning if you’ll be traveling in less than a month!
How much does custom trip planning cost?
Pricing is per travel day so it depends on how long you’ll be traveling. See my rates above.
Can you plan for large groups?
Currently, I plan for groups of 6 or fewer. That might change in the future, we’ll see how it goes.
What types of trips do you plan?
I can plan for pretty much whatever you’re into – art, food, outdoors, history, etc. I do feel, however, that travel with small kids is not my forté. I love kids (I have 2 of my own) but I don’t want to create a trip that doesn’t work for your group.
